CLICK IMAGE TO ENLARGE Whether you are creating gift basket novelties or simply want to make festive party favors for your guests, here's a quick, easy and creative way to recycle your cardboard tubes!  I used spray adhesive, scrap gift wrap paper and some tulle ribbon to complete the sample project printed paper.  You can also use double sided adhesive paper or run your paper through a Xyron Creative Station if you prefer.  Enjoy!
